This place is great! Savoy is super friendly and knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and very welcoming every time I see her.

The lady was professional. And made it super easy to get my RV spot. And this place is secured with around 40 cameras. And she lives on the promises. And give me a dynamite deal. I recommend this place and I give this place a thumbs👍

I'd looked at a few places before settling with bargain storage. I choose bargain storage the fact that it's clean and the well kept and there's peoples working onsite not a machine. The price is reasonable . Savoy was super great! She's friendly and very helpful finding the right space for my tiny RV.

Not only am I paying 58% less than I was for the same size unit at the other place, I also get the added bonus of exceptional customer service from the property manager, Savoy. I have been Working with Savoy and Brittany on leasing a couple of units. I have been very pleased from the start. Brittany was friendly and very easy to work with on the Saturday when i first came to look at the units. From the Start, Savoy has been excellent to work with. From my first call to leasing my second unit Savoy has gone out of her way to make things easy for me. She actively has considered my needs for my business. Giving me ideas and helping me with my storage units, to make sure i had exactly what i needed. I recommend 100%.

I love this place! I own a small moving company, and am in and out of storage facilities all the time... this is one of the best and cleanest facilities I have seen. But my favorite part by far is Savoy, she is the best property manager I know, and her attitude, positivity and helpfulness is unsurpassed!

I was a tenant for a few months before I moved into my house. While I was there Savoy the manager there was so kind and helpful to me. Their prices are amazing for a storage unit. A great place to store items that will not fit into our house for the time they are stored. Easy to get in & out of the storage facility.

Arthur is great, always know my rv is being looked after and property is carefully monitored. Several times when he was at the sister property, I arrived and was working on a few things, he came back and noticed a few things were outside my rv and the door was cracked open and he came to make sure it was me! He also comes around when he knows I’m doing repairs to make sure I haven’t hurt myself which is nice considering I’m a tiny female working on a 31 ft. behemoth.

I’ve stored a couple of trailers in this facility for a couple of years. I am happy with the service and reasonable prices. This is a secure storage facility. Professional and very personable staff!

I like this place a lot. Everyone I have spoken to is genuinely very sweet and kind (Jeannette and Rachael, you both are so cool!). The price was right, and I'm really happy I chose this place. Edit - no longer renting a unit here but the experience over the year I did rent was great. No surprises, no problems. Great place, got my trailer into a spot in an emergency situation. Trailer was secure and safe the whole time. Super friendly and helpful staff!

We stored our travel trailer under the covered RV spaces and it was really great. We loved the peace of mind with the secure facility and knowing our camper would be protected from the elements. The office was always very kind and accommodating with any questions or concerns. Would recommend them if looking for an affordable place to rent from.

Needed a decent sized storage unit in a hurry. My first thought was a large outdoor entrance one but Rachael showed me one inside Werth a special deal, same size but you have to go in and down hall. Well I went with the deal and after moving in all the items I had to I can say it's not an issue using the inside unit versus a drive up. I appreciated Rachael showing me the units and leading me to the better deal for me, it worked just right. Great friendly service.

Stopped in last week to check out the property and see what units were available for my needs. I’ve looked at some other storage facilities and I must say that this one seemed very well organized and CLEAN! The manager in the office (Jen) was polite and very knowledgeable. The price is the best in town. The unit I rented is clean and dry and all that I wanted. The people that I was privileged to do business with are wonderful. What else can I say? It's just a wonderful place!

Very Professional and easy to do business with.

Made my reservation through sparefoot and the process was simple. Cheapest rates in the area and offered 2 months free. They were very easy to do business with and had us squared away in minutes, plus included a free disc lock. The facilities were immaculate and very secure.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Arthur, went above and beyond to help me with multiple units and to facilitate my much stressful move!!! I had to rent multiple units and he was so helpful in picking units that would make sense for my storage needs. The facility is nice and clean and smells good with nice clean restrooms. As you can imagine it’s a lot of hard work moving anything and with this Texas heat it was nice to be offered bottled water and with their reasonable rates what more could I ask for!!!!! Friendly staff that is willing to accommodate the customers needs. When one unit was not going to be big enough for our property they changed units and gave us double units next to each other. No additional paperwork or fees.

Very clean and secure facility. Plenty of security cameras. Not sure there are any blind spots on the whole property. No trash blowing around anywhere. No trashy "vehicles" stored in outside storage. Arthur the facility manager is a stand up guy. He will work with you to get you into the space that satisfies your needs. 👍👍👍 to Arthur.

This facility was recently purchased by a new group. They have made significant investments in security, cameras, and are overhauling most of the units, and installing several higher-end upgraded units. We love the ease of getting our boat in and out. Great facility overall - with great new management team.

New ownership... they are upping there game with lots of "upgrades" ... really just much needed repairs and some site changes. 4 stars until I find out if my monthly rent is... ummmm... upgraded... as well. Following up ... yes prices are being upgraded so there are less expensive places to park your camper than here. They really cleaned the place up. If yall have an extra "entry code box" how about a self service wash "stall" where I could clean off some of the dust and debris on the camper? Dont need full detailing just a long brush with soap and rinse option... just saying. Think about it - value add sets places apart.

we called other storage places - and most wont even call back - this location is great - needed to move an existing storage spot and was looking to add some temporary boat storage - they solved our issues - friendly and helpful!

The staff was very courteous, and understanding of my situation. Since the new management has taken over they have just done a wonderful job on remodeling the whole place. The new office staff are professional and just really nice people. I highly recommend using bargain storage!!!

There is lots of construction/remodeling in progress however it has not been a factor in my experience. I have received excellent customer service from my first phone call and the on-site manager has been very accommodating!
