The employee was very helpful the place was very clean it was actually a very nice experience the only reason it's getting a floor is because I do not like that it's not open on Saturday or Sunday it should at least be open one day a weekend and whoever works in there should work one day a weekend and have one day off during the week my only complaint because it's ridiculous if you're coming in from out of town you can't even get your storage until Monday are you have to come early and get it on Friday not just seems kind of ridiculous.

Nice and easy rental

The only downfall is that they don’t carry me and my things to the door lol! Really clean facility with-quick access to your locker . Privacy and Security are absolutely benefits from renting here. Great pricing and discounts to get you in the door ,,, great location ,, under surveillance off 199,998 high definition cameras 😊and easy to find and easy to ACCESS YOUR UNIT ! I have rented in the past where non of these were the general consensus,,😩 Bonus 💥 Property manager lives ON the FACILITY ANDSHE KEEPS the place safe , and clean and she is professional always focused on her work and the facility . Downfall - the gate locks you In ! Watch out , I’ve had the mistake 2 times to have to bug her to let me out - ( oh yeah did I mention she’s patient :) ) The timers on the lights - it’s like minutes then they go out ,,, but it’s just a small annoyance and it’s ridiculous I brought it up. I like that it is clean and small and under constant watch and like everything is safe here and will be here upon my return ! Thank you REBBECA !🙏

I love this place. I have used them on and off for years. The staff is courteous, the spaces are priced fairly and its a very secure site. I called at 9:30 am, visited and signed for the space by 11. Easy, fast and courteous. What else can you ask from a business!

Rebecca was awesome! We had spoken months before about leasing a unit and she was totally patient with me after months of no response from me. I leased the unit very quickly and she was very thourogh and nice about the contract. Very pleased with her customer service!

Rebecca was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient! Answered all the questions I had. I inquired about the rental of a certain unit size first, and then she followed-up letting me know there was only one unit left so I could rent to be to sure I wouldn’t be without a space. Rebecca was great..she recommended the appropriate size Storage unit. I was in and out.. blue the prices were great!! 10X5 for 39.00 a month but 2 months free.. Perfect prize. The storage was clean and they have great security system for the property. I think I will love my experience with them.

Easily one of the friendliest places in North Texas to rent the extra space I needed for my possessions. Rebecca (Manager) was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure that the space I walked in the door asking for was going to be sufficient for all the stuff I was going to put in it. This facility threw in a disk lock for free, 2nd and 3rd month free and had the best rates I could find in all the DFW area. So, happy that I found this place!

I've shopped with them before and Bruce was so great, I had to come back. However, Bruce was not in but Rebecca exuded the same exceptional qualities. The price gets you interested, but you'll be sold on the excellent customer service 💛

From the beginning of the introduction Rebecca was very professional. She seems to enjoy her job a lot and is very knowledgeable about it down to every detail. Rebecca is also very kind, and explains everything from the paperwork to the outside unit. I didn't even have to ask any questions because they were all self-explanatory. Rebecca would go a long way in any job she decided to choose from. She is a valued asset to this company.
