The office staff was friendly and professional, explaining everything thoroughly and efficiently. My unit is the perfect size and I feel safe letting my college daughter keep her things there.

Our experience at the location off of 51st ave has been very pleasant. It is well lit, has security cameras, an elevator and very professional and attentive staff. We haven't had any problems with any critters of any sort. It is very clean. It is very reasonable in cost We've been renting for about a year. No rate changes so far. I would recommend renting here.

My husband was in a hurry one time and forgot to close out storage unit because we were leaving out of town and the Manager Brittany called me to let us know and that she looked threw the video and that the last person there was my husband. So luckily nothing was taken. And she locked our unit up. I really appreciate that because she went out of her way and as a business owner if someone would of stole the stuff in there I would of been out of thousand of dollars of equipment.

This was the best deal in town and climate controlled. Unlike other storage places that add on additional fees so that you end up spending $100 anyway for their "online discount"..this place was true to its word and I paid half of what I expected and got 2 mths free. Keep in mind they do not take cash.

Sold! Phoenix Bargain Storage has amazing deals and rates that I couldn't pass up. I was looking at quite a few other competitors, but after speaking with Thomas on Saturday I was sold. He was thorough and polite in walking me through all of the options and deals, and I would have gone elsewhere if not for his professional persistence. I rented out a unit immediately!

I have been a customer for about 4 months now I have rented several storage units before being self-employed and I have not experienced better customer service then this one the manager is one of the friendliest people although Strictly Business also in a great sense she's very fair she's very kind always greeting with a hello she works very hard and making sure everyone is pleased. Very friendly and informative, the facility was clean and easy to approach, nice wide egress . I will recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to get a storage unit. I have used storage facilities for more than 25 years and was pleased to find this one , loved to cost too.

He zooms around on his little golf cart to see who needs help or if anyone has questions, he lives on site so he's here 24/7, the pricing here is VERY good, nice and cheap! So if any of you are looking for a storage unit don't be afraid to drop by and check the units here out, he has all the answers and doesn't mind helping you find the perfect one! So don't be shy! I needed long-term covered storage for my car, and was looking at the more well-known companies that come up on the internet searches. Nothing seemed reasonable. Then, by chance, found an ad by Michael, the manager of this location, on craigslist. Called him, and he offered me a great deal. He is a genuinely helpful person, and went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. As this is not such a well-known company yet, I was expecting a small, older facility, but was I in for a surprise! Huge, clean facility with state-of-the art security and renovations. It's a hidden gem!

I've been searching for a good storage facility for months. I don't like the one I currently rent...the prices are too expensive and the customer service is non existent. Its easy enough to find good prices, but at Phoenix Bargain Storage, I found the BEST prices in Phoenix and Michael is by far the best representative I've ever dealt with. This place is GREAT! Had been searching for hours for a storage unit when I finally called this place. I was immediately shocked by the deal I was being offered, I figured there had to be a catch. I asked of course if there was , he (Manager) said no, so I figured I better go down and see in person. I spoke with the Manager, Michael and also he is who I met with me when I arrived. The place was amazing. The deal I was promised on the phone was what I was given, NO CATCH! Not to mention the place was very clean and looks new. I even got a free lock! I highly recommend this storage place. Ask for Michael...he was GREAT! :)

I'm very pleased with the effort that was put in during both trips over to the storage facility. Michael helped my grandmother move in her boxes and crafts into her new unit for her. Both times it was hot and gave us bottled water and cookies in the cool office. Thumbs up!

I'm new to the area and needed storage, this place has just what I need. Michael was very helpful, showing me a few different units so I could see what size would be best for me. The units are clean and I love that there is a good security system in place. Michael didn't pressure me at all, and when I was completing the paperwork he even had fresh baked cookies available! Great experience renting from this facility.

I've never left a review for any business but considering the unbelievable renovation these guys did to a very dilapidated property and the extraordinarily accommodating manager that I met at the facility yesterday, I felt it would be worthwhile for those who live & work in the community to hear about this new local service / business / facility from someone whom is rarely this impressed. I work in the area and saw the renovation that was being done to the property over the last 2-3 months and over the last few days it looked like the work was finished so I dropped in because I have quite a bit of company related material & equipment that I need to store. When I pulled up to the office I realized they were not open yet but the new manager, Michael, walked outside as I was getting back into my car and told me he would be more than happy to show me around. He took almost 30 minutes out of what I assume would be a very hectic pre-opening schedule to show me lots of different units and go over some of their pricing. I picked out 2 lower floor units and reserved another climate controlled unit that they will be offering within a few months. The prices are far better than anything in the area that I've found and upper management definitely did a great job bringing in customer service oriented management. I also like the fact that the entire property is secure and monitored 24 / 7 with cameras literally throughout the facility. Thanks for all your help Michael, I'm sure I'll be a long-term customer! These are really nice storage units that have been recently remodeled. Michael is a helpful and friendly guy who showed me around the property even though it was well over 100 degrees. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in need of some extra space. Great service and nice property!

This is a very clean and spacious facility, and the grounds manager is very helpful, happy, and pleasantly thoughtful of our well being. Two thumbs up and five stars.
