We moved our daughter's belongings into the storage room today with a U-Haul truck and a person's vehicle was blocking our entrance to our unit. The manager was so helpful and asked the gentleman if he could move his vehicle a little so that we could pass by. Such a nice encounter by both parties and especially by the Manager of the Storage facility.

I have been renting from Pia for about three years I have never had any problems anytime I had a question or needed anything she has always been fast and friendly. Thank you guys so much for the nice experience of renting my storage unit threw you

4 years ago I was shopping for a storage unit.. the prices pushed me further and further south out of my N.PHX neighborhood until I landed at this place, on 67th & Bethany. The manager Pia Jones was great, she was patient with all my questions and was still patient when I had her demonstrate the function of the security cameras, gate and security lights to my satisfaction. 4 years later Pia is still the manager, 4 years later my monthly rate has never increased, 4 years later the property is still maintained to a high standard. High value people, high value product, Thank you Pia!

I have rented a storage room for about 4 years this time and 15 years before at this location and have been very pleased with the staff and the hours. Very convenient for me and the staff we'll bend over backwards to get you in the unit you need. Not just try and sale you on more than you need! I will forever use this Glendale Bargain storage when I need to! When times were tough they were more than understanding. But with that being said I always kept my word on when I was going to pay. Both Pia and Ray are such great people! And everyone wants to know prices of course, I had a 10x5 and it was only $40.

The manager of this location is very nice and extremely accommodating when unexpected situations arise. Gate always works which is usually a problem at other storage facilities I wish extended hours for available but even without that I would recommend it to others

Okay so yes the place has decent prices and clean units if I have to put my things in storage again and they have a location near me they will be my first choice but the real reason this location is being given 5 stars is because Pia is one of the most amazing customer service reps I have ever worked with. She has always went out of her way to help me out and she is just so kind it has made my experience a great one with no strings attached .

This place is amazing. Pia was so sweet & friendly. The drive ways were clean and I didn't see any trash hidden. It's so affordable. The company next door wanted $115 to start up plus I had to spend $20 on their lock. With Pia it was so affordable I paid a month in advance and it was still $50 cheaper than uhaul.

I love this location! Mike was super helpful. I walked in two days ago. He answered all of the questions that I had. He was super helpful and kind. He showed me the storage unit and helped me pick out the right size unit for all of my stuff. This is my first time using any kind of storage place. 67th and Bethany Home Road location is the best. If you are a first timer when it comes to storage, Mike is the man to help you. I was back the next day to rent out my storage. This is the place to go! The rates are super manageable too. It is just a really simple process. Thank you so much!!

Mike was really great! I had stopped in earlier in the day but he was in the middle of trying to resolve a computer issue so he came back later in the day. I called Mike later that afternoon to find out office hours, prices, etc. When my wife and I returned to rent the unit, Mike remembered my name from the phone call as well as recognizing me from when I was there earlier in the day. We really appreciated the personal touch. He got us set up with a unit and on our way. We have already recommended this facility to a family member and will recommend it to any of our friends who need a storage unit. Very reasonable. Delighted that we inadvertently found this place.

Ray was great,very friendly. But my first night going in I did not realize it was 9 p.m and had to call for assistance in getting out, the male that answered the call was really rude.
