What will you do as a Property Manager? You’ll inspire 5-star reviews from customers by providing excellent and caring customer service. Your days will be filled with a variety of office and property tasks, including leasing, marketing, administrative, and bookkeeping. You’ll spend time out on the property, doing light maintenance tasks to keep our properties looking clean and sharp. You’ll understand your property’s financial goals, and use judgment and creativity to beat those goals (and be rewarded for your success). Basic Job Requirements: On-site Residence (in most cases), Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time and work outside in all weather conditions.
Looking for a unique part-time opportunity that offers responsibility, variety and a chance to make a difference? As a Storage Advisor, you’ll work independently at one of our self-storage properties on the Manager’s day off. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming “5-star” customer experience, leasing units, collecting rents, and completing administrative and bookkeeping tasks. This is not a desk job, and much of your time will be outside, ensuring that the property and units are clean and well maintained.
While you’ll be working independently, you’ll be part of our larger team effort. Your contributions will be recognized and you’ll be able to apply for full-time positions as they become available if you’re interested in increasing your responsibilities.
